My name is Jessica Johnson. I was the Registered Manager and owner of a home care agency, and before that I worked across numerous care settings.

Oversight is a system I created to make Registered Managers' admin, governance and compliance life easier. I have put everything in front of you so you can see your whole service on one screen.
